For anything to do with the search: a flat is missing, a channel is empty, a listing looks dodgy. On the server are the people who have already had the same question — and we read along. Usually an answer the same day.

For anything that should not be public or needs a paper trail: partnerships, advertising enquiries, press, deletion requests for a listing, legal notices. Please say straight away which flat or which channel it is about — that saves a follow-up question.

The email address is currently being set up. Until then everything runs through the Discord server — including partnership and press enquiries.

What we can answer — and what we cannot

Response timeDiscord usually the same day, email within a few working days. LIVINGEN is run on the side, not by a support team.
Brokering a flatNo. We collect public listings and link to them. You make contact with the landlord yourself — which is exactly why it costs you nothing.
Removing a listingYes. If you are a provider and do not want your listing in the channel, write to us — we take it out and block the source for that listing.
Searching for youNo. We do not set up personal search agents. The channel for your German state is the search agent.
Tenancy law adviceNo, we are not licensed for that. In a dispute with your landlord, the local tenants' association (Mieterverein) or a law firm can help.
