The open channel carries the basic selection from the large portals. Premium adds the small landlords: co-operatives, municipal companies, city-owned housing associations. Those are the listings with the affordable rents, and they appear on no portal.
In the open channel you scroll. With Premium you ask: every flat under 700 € in Leipzig with at least two rooms, right now, across the whole stock.
Tell us your criteria and you get pinged the moment something matches. No reading along, nothing missed while you work or sleep.
No Linkvertise, neither when you join nor later. You click the flat and you are on the listing.

We sell by hand rather than through a shop. That takes a few hours longer and has one advantage: you never enter your payment details anywhere online.
