LIVINGEN is not an estate agent, not a landlord and not a housing agency within the meaning of the German Housing Agency Act (Wohnungsvermittlungsgesetz). It exclusively collects and links to references to publicly accessible third-party listings. No contractual relationship arises between LIVINGEN and people searching or providers, and no fee is charged to people searching.

Liability for content and links

The providers of linked listings are solely responsible for their content. We do not check third-party listings for content and accept no liability for their accuracy, availability or lawfulness. If we become aware of legal violations, we remove the relevant references without delay.

Advertising

This website and the associated Discord server are funded by advertising, including sponsored placements and an access link via Linkvertise. Advertising content is marked as such.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. One reason is simple: there is no contract between you and us that could be disputed — use of the service is free of charge.
